Our Process

Our process starts with a complimentary 15 minute consultation so we can connect and make sure we are a good fit for each other. This is a relaxed, no pressure conversation where we get to learn a little about you, what has been weighing on you, and what you are hoping to shift. You will have space to ask questions, get a feel for our style, and see if it feels comfortable and aligned.

If it clicks, we move forward with a personalized plan that is thoughtfully tailored to your goals. From there, therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in proven approaches but still human. We believe meaningful growth happens when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected.
